Experience with DoD 5000, DHS Systems Engineering Life Cycle, DHS 102-01 Acquisition Guide; IT and/or communications engineering; good writing skills. experience generating requirements, acquisition, engineering, test, and logistics documents. DoD or DHS Program Office Experience, DoD Requirements Experience, Field or HQs Test Experience, Field or HQs Logistics Experience, Field or HQs IT Experience
5 years to 20 years of DoD or DHS acquisition, engineering, requirements development, CONOPS development, ORD development, Test & Evaluation Master Plan development

BS in Systems Engineering, Program Management, IT, Test and Evaluation, Logistics

Clearance: TS/SCI
