Support the implementation and development of a Knowledge Management (KM) capability within USSTRATCOM.  Provide executive and management level training on the background, principles, benefits, and current state of Knowledge Management; lead a collaborative session with STRATCOM staff on executing goals and objectives of KM within STRATCOM; assist with developing a KM Initiative CONOPs;  helping to assess existing as well as new technologies to support a KM initiative; assist with developing an Adoption & Communication Plan in support of the KM initiative; lead, facilitate, support and coach selected KM initiatives.

Experience Required:
At least ten years experience working with KM projects from inception through execution. 

Security Clearance Requirements:TS/SCI

Education & Training:BS

Special Skills/Knowledge: Prior working experience at HQ STRATCOM.
