Requirements
Subcontracts Administrator

Must be experienced with procurement systems and Federal Acquisition Regulations/Defense Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR/DFAR).  Prefers U.S. Federal Government contracts experience.

Candidates must:
*Be experienced in the procurement of a wide range of commodities and engineered equipment, and/or experienced in the procurement of major construction and services contracts
*Understand the principals of the entire procurement process including but not limited to: source selection, price justification, cost analysis, purchase order award and administration
*Experience with document procurement files in accordance with Company procedures and FAR/DFAR regulations
*Interact with various auditors/audit groups
*Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills; be self-starters; able to work in a stressful environment; and possess above average computer skills (Microsoft XP2000)
*Requires an undergraduate degree with five plus years procurement experience.

It should be understood that this position may be located in a hostile area and possibly in a combat or war zone.  This could include the possibility of suffering harm at the hands of hostile forces or by friendly fire.  It should be further understood that these dangers are inherent to work in a hostile environment.
